Toki Mabogunje is a business development consultant interested in the growth and management of businesses on the African continent. As a business consultant Toki Mabogunje has particular interest in business development service provision, strategic organization and management, business plan development, training, knowledge management, business re-engineering, due diligence and capacity building.
Toki Mabogunje is currently the Founder and Principal Consultant at Toki Mabogunje and Co. (TMC), Toki is quite involved in the business community and was Vice-President South West of the National Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (NASME).
She currently serves as a Vice President of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry amongst other Board positions. Toki gives back to the community by volunteering her time to the cause of various NGOs.
Toki has received various awards. Amongst these have been the award by Volunteer corps in 2008, the volunteer of the year award by fate foundation in 2007, subsequent induction into the fate foundation hall of fame, and the outstanding volunteer award for 10 years of dedicated service in 2010 by Fate Foundation. She mentors young women and has done so with Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR).
At Idea Builders, she won the mentor of the year award 2009 in the WOMEN MENTORING WOMEN programme, as well as an Achievement award by the Ghana Association of Women Entrepreneurs (GAWE) in 2009 for breaking the glass ceiling.
