Mr. Hassan-Odukale is the Chairman of Leadway Holdings and the former Managing Director/CEO of Leadway Assurance Company Limited. Under his visionary leadership from 1994 to 2019, Leadway grew into Nigeria's foremost underwriting firm, set apart by its financial integrity and commitment to social responsibility. His expertise in risk management, investment, and general management has been a vital asset in navigating the complexities of large-scale organizational growth.
A recipient of the National Honor of Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR), Mr. Hassan-Odukale’s influence extends across the African and international financial landscapes. He currently serves as the Chairman of FBN Bank (UK) Ltd and has held several high-profile directorships in blue-chip companies, including First Bank of Nigeria Plc.
