Spanning March 2026 to December 2026, this program aims to reach 20,000 young persons across five major tertiary campuses: Covenant University, Pan-Atlantic University, Babcock University, Caleb University, and Adeleke University. Program activities include high-visibility institutional advocacy campaigns, mass genotype screening exercises, and the establishment of permanent campus Sickle Cell Clubs.
Additionally, it provides professional genetic counselling services and critical medical care support for indigent students discovered to be living with the condition. These interventions empower students with the accurate biological data needed to make informed, responsible reproductive decisions. The financial requirement to implement this vital education project is ₦5,000,000 ($3,570) per academic institution.
